If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited refund and return policy subject to the conditions outlined below. By purchasing any product, course, or service from myexamly.com, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and other applicable policies.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 10 calendar days from your initial purchase date.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, minus any non-refundable fees (outlined in Section 6).
  • Requests made after 10 calendar days will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Program-Specific Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are only applicable within the standard 10-day policy for:
  • CPA Exam Review Packages
  • CMA Exam Review Packages
  • EA Exam Review Packages
  • CIA Exam Review Packages
  • MyExamly Academy programs
  • CPE Subscriptions or Certificates (refund applicable only if no courses have been completed during the 10-day period).
  • Single-course purchases for CPE programs are non-refundable.

4. Termination of Subscription

You may cancel your license or subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Support team (contact details on our Contact Us page). However, refunds will only be processed if your request meets the above conditions.

5. Refunds for Programs with Printed Materials

  • If your program includes printed materials (e.g., textbooks), you must return these within 10 business days of cancellation to receive your refund.
  • Returned materials must be unused and undamaged.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • The following are non-refundable:
  • Printable flashcards, downloadable content, and ancillary digital materials.
  • Flex Pay installment processing fees.
  • Shipping fees for physical materials.
  • Any administrative or registration fees (where applicable).
  • Flex Pay Installment Processing Fees:
  • 3-month plan: $50
  • 6-month plan: $75
  • 12-month plan: $100
  • 24-month plan: $125

7. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: $30
  • Express Shipping: $50
  • Replacement Printed Textbook (CPA or CMA Exam Review):
  • Standard Replacement: $150 (shipping included)
  • Express Replacement: $200 (shipping included)

8. Installment (Flex Pay) Plans

  • We offer 0% interest installment plans on certain courses.
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension of your course access.
  • A $250 reactivation fee may apply in case of suspension.
  • You are responsible for completing all installments once enrolled in a Flex Pay plan.

9. Damaged or Defective Materials

Claims for missing, defective, or damaged textbooks or materials must be reported within 90 days of receipt. Replacement of materials after this period is subject to additional charges.

10. Non-Transferability of Content

Downloaded or printed content from myexamly.com may not be transferred, resold, or shared with any other individual or organization.

11. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days depending on your financial institution.
