If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or its services.

2. Services and Access

Our website provides educational content and tools with the following conditions:

myexamly.com provides online education programs, including CPA, CMA, ACCA, EA, CIA exam reviews, and CPE subscriptions.
Access to certain features may require user registration and a valid subscription or purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are subject to the following terms:

Payments must be made in full unless you select an installment plan (“Flex Pay”), as described in Section 8.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy. Highlights include:

Refund requests must be made within 10 calendar days of purchase.
Printed materials must be returned within 10 business days for eligible refunds (see full Return & Refund Policy for details).
Non-refundable items include digital downloads, printable flashcards, Flex Pay processing fees, and shipping fees.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days after approval.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the website is protected:

All content, logos, videos, text, PDFs, and other materials on myexamly.com are owned by Examly Global LLP or licensed third parties.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or sell any content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following:

Engage in unlawful activities or violate any applicable laws.
Reverse-engineer or tamper with the website infrastructure.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You engage in fraudulent activity, unauthorized content sharing, or payment default (Flex Pay).
You are identified as a repeat copyright or trademark infringer.

8. Installment (Flex Pay) Plans

Flex Pay plans are subject to the following conditions:

We offer 0% interest installment plans for eligible programs.
Missed payments may result in account suspension and a $200 reactivation fee.
You remain liable for all outstanding payments once enrolled in a Flex Pay plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Examly Global LLP and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or content.
We do not guarantee exam success, job placement, or specific results.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the case of disputes:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
